Adult Rugby

You can play Premier 1 adult rugby at 1st XV level and there is a full competitive league programme for the 2nd XV.Millbrae RFC also operates out of Ayr and offers regular league rugby too.

Training takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the club from 7.00pm - 8.30pm with full physio and medical support available. Teams are coached by SRU qualified coaches.
