Ayr Rugby Club is not only the top of the league on the pitch, we are also top of the league off the pitch.

We have a full social calendar with pre-match lunches, post-match entertainment, Ladies Day, the Presidents and Farmers Lunches, The Land O'Burns Weekender, Beach Rugby, Family Fireworks night and The Oval Ball. Our events are inclusive, family friendly, available to non-members and open to all. Come and meet friends new and old at Ayr Rugby Club!

Neogen Fireworks NightFriday 1st November 2019 - This event has grown year on year and is now the main fireworks display in Ayrshire. Come early from 6pm and soak up the atmosphere, we have a food and drink court for hungry kids and thirsty parents, live music, family fairground and the best Fireworks display in town. And there is no need to rush off either, the festivities will continue late into the night and all are welcome! Due to the popularity of this event we will be releasing tickets online to reduce queues and speed up entry. So get your fast pass here.

The Presidents LunchFriday 6th December 2019 - Join Ayr RFC President, Billy McHarg at this annual bash. Famed for high quality speakers and the Big Prize Raffle, its a great excuse for a day out at Millbrae!

The Farmers LunchSaturday 14th December 2019 - This is a great day out and don't be fooled by the name, all are welcome (Wellies recommended!)

Pre-match Lunches

Ayr RFC is famed for its pre-match lunches which represent tremendous value at only £30 per head or £300 per table of ten.

A traditional 3 course lunch is served along with hilarious speakers, the Millbrae Raffle and pre-match analysis from Ayr Head Coach. This is a fantastic day out for friends, supporters and corporations alike. The dates for the upcoming season are yet to be announced. (Watch this space)

Venue Hire

Set in historic Alloway under the shadow of the Burns Monument, Millbrae offers excellent facilities for many kinds of social occasions. The large function room is free to hire and can seat over 100, and adjoins a comfortable and relaxed public bar. Ladies' and gents' facilities have been upgraded, and a disabled toilet was also installed as part of the club's ongoing efforts to make Millbrae accessible to all. There is also plenty of space outside for a marquee. If you are interested in holding an event at Millbrae, please get in touch.
