Ayr Rugby Football Club 1st XV play in Tennent's National League Division 1. The 2021/22 squad is a young, dynamic and exciting team that is representative of our strong youth section.

Women's 1st XV
Ayr Ladies formed in 2012 and have had a rapid rise in four seasons, winning the BT Women's League National Division 1 in 2015/16. They now compete in National League Division 1. Ayr Ladies reached the final of the Women's National Plate in 2022 at Murrayfield! There are also Girls Under-18/Under-16/Under-14 and Under-12 teams. All our female teams are always looking for new players of all ages and abilities, everyone is welcome. Training takes place at Millbrae on Monday evenings, 7pm, and newcomers are welcome to come along. For more information, please get in touch.
Youth Rugby
Over the years Ayr RFC have established one of the largest and most successful mini sections in the country.
Catering for both boys and girls, all youth coaches are SRU qualified and PVG checked. Ayr RFC provides a fun and safe environment for kids to develop the skills of the game alongside growing as individuals.
2nd XV (Ayr Millbrae)
Ayr/Millbrae is Ayr's 2nd XV and play in the West Regional Reserve League 1. This team has a strong mix of players branching from our youth section into senior rugby as well as time served club players. Our Ayr/Millbrae team provides a great opportunity for more ambitious players to hone their skills and for club players to play enjoyable, social rugby.
